HEAD HUMAN CAPITAL AND ADMINISTRATION
JOB PURPOSE
To formulate, implement, maintain policies, systems, standards and procedures for effective management of the Human Resource and Administrative functions that conform to prevailing labor laws and ensure best management practices in order to realize ZSIC Life Plc set strategic objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Grade 12 Certificate.
· Bachelor of Human Resource Management/ Public Administration or Equivalent Degree;
· A Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration or Equivalent is an added advantage;
· Full Member of ZIHRM with current practicing license;
· Minimum of 8 years’ experience, 5 of which should be at senior management level.
